 Our Vision

At Little Bloxwich Church of England Primary School we see that everyone is unique and they are valued for this. Together we flourish socially, emotionally and academically. We are part of God's family and everyone is expected to treat each other with kindness and respect as Jesus taught us to.

Our children enjoy school and experience a varied curriculum which is underpinned by our Christian values.

Our aim is to provide a happy, caring and structured environment where your child can reach their full potential.

I look forward to meeting you and your child, please contact the school if you have any queries or questions.

World Book Day

We celebrated the 25th anniversary of World Book Day on Friday 4th March. Across school, we dressed up as our favourite book characters and we completed many book-related activities throughout the day. We also shared our favourite books with each other to celebrate our love of reading. In KS1, we completed a book quiz and in KS2, we had a library scavenger hunt, where we used the library reference books to find clues in various books.

Sports Day - Race for Life in Aid of Cancer Research

This year all children and staff at Little Bloxwich took part in Race for Life Schools. We set ourselves the challenge of collectively running a total of 5 marathons. This is equivalent to 210,975 metres and on our 200m track that is a lot of laps to run.

Each year group were given a target number of laps to run, enabling us to reach the grand total. The children and staff were amazing, and their running achievements surpassed the 5-marathon challenge.

We would also like to say a massive thank you for all the donations that we have received. We have raised a tremendous amount of money for Cancer Research. Over £1200. Here are some of the photos of our Sports Day.

 A World of Art

All children from Reception to Year 6 have taken part in a two-week art project. Each year group has focussed on a different country and artist. The children appraised the compositions of artists. They used this as inspiration to create their own piece of work in the same style. All staff and children have worked together to create a Little Bloxwich Art Gallery. This has been made available for everyone to view in the hall.

Well done to the children who received rosettes for their artwork in the gallery.

Congratulations to the children who received Artist of the Week awards.

World Book Day
