Dear parents, guardians and carers, 

Little Bloxwich is a Church of England Primary School offering a distinctive Christian education. The children learn about God, about his Son Jesus Christ, and about the promises of love and forgiveness in the Bible.  Children at Little Bloxwich live out the Christian way of caring for one another, just as Jesus cares for each of us.

Me or my colleague Rev Amanda visit the school every Tuesday to lead worship – it’s one of the highlights of our week! We love meeting and talking to pupils and hearing about their learning and their growing Christian faith.

Children visit Holy Ascension in Sanstone Road from time to time, where they learn about Church of England worship and discover its traditions. Everyone is welcome on a Sunday too! Worship starts at 10am at both Holy Ascension and at All Saint’s, your local parish church in the centre of Bloxwich.

We also enjoy a monthly informal service at All Saints at 3pm in the afternoon on the third Sunday of the month, and we hold Messy Church four times during the year. Messy Church is for youngsters of primary school age and their families – and as the name suggests it’s good fun! We also hold special services at Christmas and Easter to which you are all warmly invited. You can check our website for details of all our services:

It’s a joy to be a part of school life at Little Bloxwich, and I hope we can help your child to learn and grow and develop a rich spiritual life. Jesus tells us that he came so that we might live life to the full – and it’s my prayer for every child at Little Bloxwich that they flourish and grow.
